The situation of buildings degradation is very severe in many cities in the world. The case of a degraded building is studied in this article. The building becomes ruined because owners do not agree about what to do with the building and no one can use it without the consent of the others. Besides, time makes the building become with a lower value. After a long period of degradation, the question "what doing now?" is posed. Considering the situation of many degraded buildings, the present study aims to analyze a possible cause and work a situation of anti-commons concerning a building owned by several holders having each one exclusion rights. We use SWOT Analysis to build strategies for this anticommons' real estate case. Then Fuzzy DEMATEL model is applied to understand the relations between strategies for a final decision. Conclusions allow understanding the relations between strategies and how they influence each other to get a final decision for this problem. For our case, we recommend a concrete strategy to the owners after evaluating the preferences of the decision makers.

It is paramount for any e-government service providers to get involve their citizen digitally & provide better e-services platform such as cordial web portals with easy access around the clock, updated online information, better ICT infrastructure and considering them as most valued customers. However, there are many reasons behind fully adopting citizens' participation in the developing nations like Pakistan. Thus, citizen's participation can bring very fruitful results to control corruption, to judge government policies, to make better delivery of government services, cost saving by electronically, citizen empowerment, especially in decision-making and effective services in the accountability process in public and private sectors. The main purpose of this study is to find out the answers to the questions like. What are the current challenges faced by citizens while participating in e-government services in Pakistan? What the Government has done to promote citizen's participation in e-government services in all over Pakistan? At the end, a number of recommendations & suggestions are present to the policy makers, ICT service providers, academicians and readers in order to tackle with the problems duly addressed in this comparative research study.

Leisure agriculture is an industry which combines the agricultural production and leisure recreation. In order to promote the development of leisure agriculture, it is particularly important to conduct an analysis of its development from the overall perspective of the city. This paper takes Xinxiang City of Henan Province in China as an example and adopts GAHP-SWOT as the analysis method. Based on affirming the influencing factors of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, the AHP method is adopted to calculate the weights of different factors and sort them so as to realize the organic combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Group Decision is used in computation to exert the collective intelligence. The result shows that the indicators S4 and S3 are relatively high-weight advantages while the indicators W1 and W4 are relatively high-weight disadvantages, and the indicators O4 and O2 are relatively high-weight opportunities while the indicators T5 and T2 are relatively high-weight threats. The development strategy was put forward according to the analysis result in order to provide decision-making basis for the development planning of leisure agriculture in Xinxiang City.
