Swallowing-aspiration functional assessment in patients undergoing supracricoid subtotal laryngectomy with cricohyoidoepiglottopexy

Abstract: Introduction: Supracricoid subtotal laryngectomy associated with cricohyoidoepiglottopexy is the most efficient conservative surgical technique to preserve laryngeal functions in patients with locally advanced carcinoma of the larynx.
