Sustentabilidade socioambiental e a retórica neodesenvolvimentista: apontamentos sobre meio ambiente e saúde no Brasil

Abstract: ResumoO objetivo deste artigo é problematizar as principais contradições do modelo de desenvolvimento brasileiro, o "neodesenvolvimentismo", enfocando a relação ambiente/saúde e suas principais manifestações no contexto atual. Advoga-se que em nome da sustentabilidade econômica promove-se uma insustentabilidade socioambiental, com fortes rebatimentos sobre a saúde da população.
