For the negative hydrated ions, electron attachment changes from H 2 O to SO 2 by the addition of SO 2 , but electrical mobility at SO 2 addition becomes somewhat smaller than those at zero SO 2 because the electron af nity of SO 2 is higher than that of H 2 O (Caledonia 1975).
