Surgical Treatment of Unilateral Condylar Hyperplasia With Piezosurgery

Abstract: High condylectomy in the surgical treatment of unilateral UCH seems to be the procedure of choice in growing patients. The use of a piezoelectric cutting device allows a safe and less invasive high condylectomy.
