Surgical Treatment of Difficult Cervicofacial Lymphangioma in Children

Abstract: Purpose: Cervical lymphangiomas are rare lymphovascular malformations arising in the neck, which form huge fluid-containing cysts. Treatment of the malformation consists of surgery and sclerotherapy. However, the optimal approach is still controversial.
