Surgical Closure of Tracheoesophageal Puncture Without a Flap Interposition

Abstract: Tracheoesophageal puncture for voice prosthesis placement is often used in vocal rehabilitation of patients undergoing total laryngectomy. Although its closure can occur spontaneously, some patients require a surgical procedure.
