Surgical Approach and Laser Applications in BRONJ Osteoporotic and Cancer Patients

Abstract: Bisphosphonates-related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (BRONJ) has been reported with increasing frequency in literature over last years, but its therapy is still a dilemma.
