Surface properties in surfactant systems containing amino acid-based surfactants

Abstract: The development of green surfactants produced from renewable raw materials at the expense of petrochemical-based surfactants took into account the increasing requirements for environmental protection and the demand of the society for sustainable development. A variety of renewable raw materials such as triglycerides, carbohydrates or amino acids are used in green surfactant synthesis.
