Surface Plasmon Excitation in Fibonacci Metal-Dielectric Multilayers

Abstract: We explore the interplay between surface plasmon excitations and quasiperiodicity theoretically by studying the optical properties of multilayer structures made of thin metal and dielectric layers and constructed using the Fibonacci quasiperiodic sequence.
