Supply Chain-Based Conflict: A Study From Textile Exporters Perspectives

Abstract: Conflict is a common event in interactions among people, companies and supply chains. The main objectives of this paper are to (1) explain the importance of conflict management in a supply chain, (2) bring out the sources and resolution methods of the supply chain-based conflicts, and (3) explore the differences between upstream and downstream textile supply chain-based conflicts.
