Supervision and Teachers’ Work Performances in Primary Schools in Konye Sub-Division in Cameroon

Abstract: This study examined the impact of head teachers’ instructional supervision practices on teachers’ performances in selected primary schools in Konye Sub-Division in Cameroon.
