Supersymmetric economical 3–3–1 model

Abstract: The supersymmetric extension of the economical 3-3-1 model is presented. The constraint equations and the gauge boson identification establish a relation between the vacuum expectation values (VEVs) at the top and bottom elements of the Higgs triplet χ and its supersymmetric counterpart χ ′ . Because of this relation, the exact diagonalization of neutral gauge boson sector has been performed. The gauge bosons and their associated Goldstone ones mix in the same way as in non-supersymmetric version. This is also… Show more

“…Thinking of a supersymmetric (SUSY) version of our model (for some examples of SUSY 3-3-1 models see refs. [121,131,[155][156][157][158][159][160][161][162][163][164][165][166][167][168][169][170]) we hope that even in the case of softly-broken SUSY the tadpole cancelation would be technically natural. More conservatively we may expect a violation of this cancelation not stronger than logarithms of the high-scale cutoff.…”

“…According to the analysis in [33], at the tree level, ρ is enough to generate masses for all charged leptons, while it contributes in part to the down-quark masses. Also, the ρ generates masses to the neutral leptons and contributes in part to the up-quark masses.…”

“…But some fermions in these models get zero masses at the tree level and they need to get non-vanishing masses from loop corrections [29,30] or effective non-renomalizable operators [31]. To solve this problem as well as the problem of dark matter in these models, some supersymmetric versions of these 3-3-1 models were introduced [33][34][35][36][37]. These models, of course, keep the interesting properties of the 3-3-1 as well as SUSY models.…”
