Superior Sagittal Sinus Thrombosis

Abstract: Seven patients had superior sagittal sinus thrombosis diagnosed by cerebral arteriography. We recommend that anticoagulants not be used in the therapy of this entity, but rather that one should rely on antiedematous agents and anticonvulsants.
