Superfoods: Perfect Addition or Unnecessery Supplement?

Abstract: Nie od dziś wiadomo, że spożywana żywność ma ogromny wpływ na zdrowie człowieka. Już Hipokrates mawiał: "Niech pożywienie będzie lekarstwem" [1]. Większość ludzi zapomniała jednak jak ważną rolę w naszym życiu odgrywa żywienie.
