“…Josephson current has been measured in a planar-type junction of HoBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−y -La 1.5 Ba 1.5 CuO 3 O 7−x -HoBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−y for electrode spacing of the order of 0.1 µm and temperatures up to 70 K (J C = 1.8 × 10 7 A cm −2 at T = 4.2 K, R N A = 10 −8 A cm −2 ). The decay length has been estimated to be of the order of 65 nm [299].
