Sudden onset hearing and visual loss: An unusual presenting manifestation of chronic phase chronic myeloid leukaemia

Abstract: Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML) commonly presents with generalized weakness, splenomegaly, leucocytosis with basophilia, while neurological manifestations like convulsions, hearing loss, papilledema are rare.
