An experimental model for Staphylococcus aureus hepatic abscess in Bama minipig

Alcoholization of pyogenichepatic abscess with absolute alcohol in Bama minipigs

If the abscess material was not drained at all, then alcoholization was performed by slowly instilling sterile AA (≥99.7%; 6.17±0.753 ml) until the lesion progressively became diffuse hyperechogenic (23,24).
