Subvención Escolar Preferencial en Chile: ¿descentralización focalizada para el mejoramiento escolar?

Abstract: El presente artículo reflexiona sobre los procesos de descentralización impulsados en la educación escolar chilena a partir de la creación de un subsidio focalizado en grupos socioeconómicos bajos, denominado Subvención Escolar Preferencial (SEP).
