Study the Expression of P53 Gene and Its Clinicopathological Correlation in Breast Cancer Cases.

Abstract: Context: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women and second leading cause of cancer death worldwide. P53 is a tumor suppressor gene located on chromosome 17p13 with germ line mutations that convey a high risk for breast cancer.
