Abstract:The article presents the results of studying the stability of the main indicators of probiotic cultures Lactobacillus plantarum No. 7 and Bifidobacterium adolescentis No. 17 as part of a bacterial mixture during storage. The prebiotic component lactulose was added to the bacterial mixture at a concentration of 1.5%.
