"В данной работе рассмотрены основные аспекты разработки интеллектуальной системы управления теплообменными аппаратами на основе системы нечеткой логики с учетом технологического износа. Рассмотрение факторов, возникающих в процессе работы оборудования и влияющих на коэффициент теплопередачи, показало, что важной задачей при эксплуатации теплообменного оборудования крупных производств является оптимизация их работы за счет оперативного и диспетчерского управления. При планировании технического обслуживания и ремонтных работ необходимо учитывать информацию о степени износа (загрязнения), влияющую на изменение эксплуатационных параметров. Важной задачей является всесторонний анализ теплообменника как объекта управления для выявления всех существенных входных, выходных и возмущающих переменных. Исследование эксплуатационных режимов работы теплообменного оборудования дает возможность применения оптимальных методов управления ими. Корректность определения этих параметров отразится на таких характеристиках как: энергопотребление, надежность и межремонтный срок, которые в свою очередь являются одними из важнейших показателей. Проблема выбора и разработки систем управления теплообменными аппаратами, поддерживающих в динамике условия оптимального теплообмена, является весьма актуальной. В работе рассмотрены вопросы математического моделирования тепловых процессов, с учетом технологического износа и загрязнения поверхностей оборудования. Для полученной модели объекта управления был разработан алгоритм работы и выполнена настройка параметров регулятора на базе нечеткой логики. Результаты имитационного моделирования показали, что предложенная структура системы интеллектуального управления на базе нечеткой логики с использованием пакета Fuzzy Logic Toolbox программного обеспечения Matlab/Simulink обеспечивает выполнение требуемых условий. "

Fouling in crude distillation unit preheat train in petroleum refineries is a complex phenomenon. Besides, fouling of equipment by crude oil undergoes different mechanisms at different stages of preheating. Hence, understanding the fouling mechanisms is essential in formulating appropriate fouling mitigation strategies. In this respect, the use of the concept of threshold fouling conditions is one of the approaches for mitigating fouling through operating conditions. Indeed, during this study, a monitoring of the temporal fouling resistance evolution of the E102 exchanger battery of the Algerian refinery was carried out. However, this resistance was calculated based on the classical method proposed by Kern. Given that the monitoring of pressure drops is a widely used method in refineries so as to detect of fouling in the tubes of heat exchangers, it decided to study its evolution over time. Nonetheless, this study has effectively revealed that the heat exchanger battery had a clogging problem since the pressure drops increased over time. In addition, a considerable discrepancy was noted between the values read on the manometers and those calculated from a theoretical expression. In virtue of which, these deviations could be the consequence of measurement uncertainties or the instability of the operating conditions, and also to the fact of considering a constant internal diameter of the tubes.

The formation and accumulation of the fouling in traditional reactors made of rigid materials is a serious issue in industry, and the general fouling inhibition measures and cleaning are cumbersome, time-consuming and high cost. In this study, a new soft flexible tubular reactor (i.e. the small intestine model reactor, SIMR) was designed and constructed based on bioinspiration of the structural features and functionalities of the human small intestine. The anti-particulate fouling and the cleaning of the fouling were achieved through the SIMR with the simulated peristalsis, and the effects of antifouling were found to depend on the peristaltic frequency and effective peristaltic distance. The experimental results showed that the increased local Reynolds number induced by the increased peristaltic frequency reduced the fouling percentage of particulates in the SIMR. The fouling percentage at local Reynolds number of 2433 decreased about 37% compared with that at local Reynolds number of 159. The fouling percentage decreased 67.1% when the effective distance of peristalsis increased to 17.2 cm. The regular change of peristaltic location significantly decreased the fouling percentage. Under the peristaltic frequency of 40 times/min, the fouling percentage in the SIMR with regular change of the peristaltic location was reduced by 78.7% compared with that without peristalsis. The peristalsis noticeably facilitated the cleaning of the fouling in the SIMR, and basically all the fouling in the SIMR was cleaned up at local Reynolds number of 1864 induced by the peristaltic frequency of 30 times/min.
