Study of the Burden Feeling of Housing Expenditure

Abstract

This study clarified the state and the determining factors of burden feeling of housing expenditure by analysis using comprehensive survey of housing life 2018 for the appropriate promotion of housing safety net policy. This study reached to following conclusions: 1) The proportion of households that feel the burden of housing expenditure increases when household's age increases, or the government ordinance monthly income decreases. 2) The following 6 items that related to the burden feeling of housing expenditure were listed: housing expenditure ratio, government ordinance monthly income, householder's age, minimum living floor space standards, housing satisfaction, temporary work.
