Study of Shift Work, Quantity and Quality of Sleep with the Occurrence of Fatigue at Universitas Indonesia Security, 2017

Abstract: Shift work is one solution to increasing productivity. However, it can have several impacts, one of which is the disruption of the circadian rhythm, causing a decrease in the quality and quantity of workers and consequent fatigue.
