Study of interactions between HTRA1 gene polymorphism and retinal pigment epithelial phenotype in age-related macular degeneration

Abstract: Annotation. Age-related macular degeneration is a multifactorial nosology caused by the interaction of various risk factors, but the pathogenesis remains unclear.
