Study of a Modified Obstruction Free Pressure Sensor Based Flow Transducer Using Hall Sensors

Abstract: In the present paper, a modified obstruction free pressure sensor-based flow transducer has been developed using Hall sensors. This technique is a modified version of the earlier inductive method. In this transducer, the fluid pressure in the pipeline is taken as the flow sensing parameter, and various drawbacks of the earlier inductive technique are eliminated. A prototype unit of the transducer is developed and studied in the present work. The transducer consists of two identical C-type Bourdon gauges, each … Show more

“…For low temperature case, the Hall resistance of the material increases with the increase of the magnetic field strength ρxy will take the quantized value and form a platform, while the longitudinal resistance ρxx will disappear. As a matter of fact, QHE provide indispensable basic theoretical background for science researches, which will be discussed in following subsections [14].…”

“…The integrated optical waveguide sensors in different structures have been reported recently, such as: the surface Plasmon resonator [1], Bragg grating based F-P microcavity [2,3], PhC microcavity [4,5], resonator based micro-disk [6,7], micro-ring resonator [8,9] and MZI [10,11]. Among these waveguide sensors, the MZI sensor has another highsensitivity device, which can be used as a biosensor.…”
