Abstract: The formation of liposomes with low polydispersity index by application of ultrasounds was investigated considering methodology specifications such as sonication time and sonication power. Phosphatidylcholine (PC) liposomes were formed by the evaporation-hydration method. The vesicles were sonicated using several sonication conditions.
