Studies on the protein-bound chondroitin sulphate of bovine cortical bone

Abstract: A fraction containing chondroitin sulphate, isolated from bovine cortical bone under mild conditions, was separated by ion-exchange chromatography into three fractions with apparent homogeneity on electrophoresis and ultracentrifugation.
