Studies on screening and optimization of amylase enzyme production using bacteria isolated from soil

Abstract: Various inevitable parameters have been studied, searching for prospect enhancement of amylase enzyme production using limited energy, time and resources. These parameters include microbes, culture conditions and carbon sources.
