Studies on Escherichia coli in Pigs

Abstract: Summary During 1975 E. coli strains from 200 dead piglets less than 1 week old from herds with neonatal diarrhoea were investigated with regard to production of heat‐labile and/or heat‐stable enterotoxin/s, O group and the presence or absence of K 88 antigen.
