Studi Spektral Inframerah pada Ferit Spinel Nanokristal MFe2O4 (M = Ni, Mn dan Zn)

Abstract: IntisariFerit spinel MFe2O4 dengan M= Zn, Ni dan Mn telah berhasil disintesis dengan menggunakan metode kopresipitasi pada temperatur 70• C. Uji karakterisasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan difraktometri sinar-X dan spektrofotometeri inframerah. Diketahui bahwa kandungan prosentase fasa spinel untuk masing-masing sampel mendekati 100%.
