Perubahan tren prendidikan pada era merdeka belajar, menuntut guru sebagai garda terdepanpendidikan untuk dapat mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai. Berdasarkan hasil observasidan wawancara Kepala Sekolah di MA Ma’arif Kota Batu, diketahui bahwa guru masih membutuhkanpelatihan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran guna mengembangkan kompetensi guru. Oleh karena itu,tim Abdimas berupaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan komptensi guru dalam pengembangan perangkatpembelajaran di era Merdeka Belajar melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatanpengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam siklus, yang tiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahap pelatihan,penerapan, dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan padasiklus pertama sudah ada peningkatan kompetensi guru dan produk yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan yangdilakukan juga berkualitas baik. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini hanya dilaksanakan dalam satu siklus.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di MA Ma’arif Kota Batu memberikan hasilpositif berupa peningkatan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru dalam mengembangkan perangkatpembelajaran di Era Merdeka Belajar. Selain itu, kegiatan ini membawa manfaat bagi peningkatankompetensi guru yang meliputi meliputi aspek: pengetahuan RPP, bahan ajar, media pembelajaran, danpengembangan LMS.

This articles aims to gain an in-depth knowledge of the human resources of “Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar” design to the implementation capability in the classroom, especially what has been and has not been implemented in the course of Indonesian education. The researchers has obtained several data that have collected from various sources such as book publications, journal publications, and other newspapers that discuss issues of an independent curriculum as well as its implementation and output. The researchers analyzed under a phenomenological approach, a technique where to get a phenomenal answer from a large amount of data to answer the issues of this study. The research used coding the data, evaluating in-depth data, and interpreting the data. Hence, the researchers could draw conclusions that answered the problem validly. The result showed that the human resources in Indonesian, independent from curriculum design to implementation in schools, found significant obstacles where the government was successful in designing the curriculum but it was constrained in implementation. It can be seen quite a lot has been achieved and a lot has not been achieved. Thus these results were helpful for the subsequent study. In preparation for the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, science learning in schools still has problems, namely; 75% of science teachers have not been able to design real problems in everyday life as scientific contexts, and only 50% of science teachers can integrate science material in an integrated manner on worksheets, and there are still very few science teachers who are ready to implement the curriculum. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing technical guidance (Bimtek) on developing scientific literacy-based worksheets on the competence of science teachers. The Bimtek activity consists of six stages: pretest, material debriefing, technical guidance (Bimtek), independent activities, evaluation monitoring, and posttest. From the Bimtek activities carried out for science teachers at MGMP Pesisir Selatan districts significantly increased teacher competence in developing scientific literacy-oriented worksheets. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it was found that the post-test average score was higher than the pretest average score. The science teacher pretest average score was 39.95, while the science teacher posttest average score was 62.10. The percentage increase in teacher competence is 23%.
