This study examines the effect of learning perception and attitude on students' learning performance while implementing communicative language teaching (CLT) in a vocational college. The quantitative study used a survey research method with a cross-sectional design. 270 students participated in the study selected using a voluntarily random sampling technique. These research respondents were among those who had completed intermediate English classes with the amplification of the CLT method. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a four-point Likert's scaling method from very disagree (1) to very agree (4) (α = 0.843). The obtained data were analyzed using ANOVA with the assistance of IBM SPSS 25. Results showed a significant effect of learning perception (β = .890; F = 1018.849; p = 0.000) and attitude on students’ learning performance (β = .850; F = 698.468; p = 0.000). Among the two, learning attitude had been the more influential factor in students' learning performance during the implementation of CLT. This study suggested that CLT could be a catalyst for learning perception and attitude to elevate students' learning performance in the context of EFL teaching in vocational college.

Arabic language learning management strategy will be explained in this study. The purpose of this study is to examine and discuss the actual concept of Arabic language learning strategy. The aspects that will be described are as follows: 1) definition of Arabic language learning strategy, 2) function of Arabic language learning strategy, 3) types of strategies in Arabic language learning, 4) learning scope, 5) learning management. This study was designed by applying a descriptive qualitative study approach. Data were obtained from books on the concept of Arabic language learning strategy. The data were analyzed by observing the library by searching and collecting books or references related to this discussion. Based on the results, 1) Arabic language learning strategy are rules, plans and steps in the process of learning activities to realize the goals of Arabic language learning, 2) Arabic language learning strategy functions to prepare material and assist students in mastering the language, 3) Arabic learning scope includes: understanding, goals and principles of Arabic language learning, 4) learning management related to readiness in learning.

This study focuses on Teachers' Teaching Strategy to improve Students' Speaking Achievement in Online Learning. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the learning system in school. Therefore, teachers are required to be creative to improve students' achievements in online learning. In the world of education, there are many things that can support the learning process and achievement, one of them is Strategy because it helps teacher and students to achive the goals of learning process either in the classroom or in online learning. Kistner, Racoczy, Otto, Klieme, & Buttner state that equipping students with knowledge about how they learn is an important thing that teachers must do in addition to teaching knowledge and skills related to subjects: teachers can teach students how to learn, help them to motivate themselves in preparing for exams, help them how they have to solve complex problems, and help them how to monitor the extent of their own learning, etc, in doing so they have promoted a teaching strategy. The method used by the teacher to help students in learning process so that they can achive the goals have been set is called a learning strategy.
