<span lang="EN-US">The study identified how Malaysian matriculation students employ mobile devices for learning Chemistry, and the driving factors that influence their use of mobile devices for learning Chemistry. A qualitative case study approach was adopted in this study, in which interviews and student journals were the main instruments used for the data collection process. The study was conducted in a matriculation college, and all students were invited to participate in the study voluntarily. A total of 17 students who were actively using mobile devices to learn Chemistry were selected for individual and face-to-face interviews. The data were analyzed in a three-stage process to inductively identify the themes. The analysis revealed that matriculation students used mobile devices for referential and collaborative learning activities. They preferred to search the relevant learning resources on the web, and learn collaboratively with their peers or lecturers. Meanwhile, the driving factors of these mobile learning practices were primarily due the ability of mobile learning to overcome their learning difficulties, convenience, as well as the ability to provide a better user experience in the digital age. The findings of this study suggest that the mobile device is a viable social constructivism pedagogical tool for learning Chemistry. The lecturers and management of matriculation colleges can use the findings of this study as a basis to promote the adoption of mobile learning for Chemistry in the digital age.</span>

“…GBFL is the opposite of the conventional method where students mainly attend to the learning content of the lecturer in the classroom and do their own exercises at home or in the dormitory. With the right design of assignments, students' learning excitement increases, they become more motivated and eager to share their ideas, experiences and knowledge with their peers (Estes et al, 2014;Hussain & Al Saaidi, 2019). The aim of this study is to identify the impact of Group-Based Flipped Learning (GBFL) in improving higher order thinking skills among pre-service teachers. This study involved 17 pre-service teachers enrolled in Postgraduate Diploma in Education programme. This study adopted a qualitative approach within scholarship of teaching and learning research design. The data from instructors' and students' reflective writings and students' works were thematically analysed. Students' reflections were based on their learning experience in Technology and Innovation in Education course. Analysis of students' and instructors' reflections indicated that students experienced meaningful learning through active and collaborative learning activities. In addition, students felt connected to each other through GBFL. Students also valued the GBFL as it enhances their higher order thinking skills in terms of creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and communication. The outcome of this research contributes to the development of GBFL guideline that can be applied in designing meaningful GBFL. Course designers and instructors can integrate GBFL in order to improve students' higher order thinking skill which is important for developing students' 21st century learning skill.

Learning media can be arranged based on the results of literature studies from research on an object. This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning media booklet sawi dayak (Elephantopus mollis Kunth). The stages in this research include the stage of collecting information through a literature study on the efficacy of the mustard mustard plant, the booklet preparation stage, the booklet validation stage, and the booklet revision stage in accordance with the suggestions from the validators. Aspects that are assessed in the feasibility test are aspects of format, content, and language. The results of the validation were then analyzed using Gregory's calculations. The results of data analysis show that the aspects of format, content, and language each get a value of 1.00 and the average of these three aspects is 1.00 with a very high validity category. It is concluded that this booklet media can be used as a learning medium
