Structural Model of Developing Human Resources Performance: Empirical Study of Indonesia States Owned Enterprises

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of structural Person-Organization Fit and organizational justice on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employee performance.
