Structural characteristics of Sr1−xLaxTi3+δ as a function of oxygen partial pressure at 1400 °C

Abstract: The structural characteristics of Sr1−x Lax TiO3+δ (0≤x≤0.4) at 1400 °C have been investigated as a function of ambient oxygen partial pressure. A modified Rietveld pattern-fitting structure-refinement program [H. M. Rietveld, J. Appl. Crystallogr. 2, 65 (1969)] was used to determine the nature of the distortions of the fundamental perovskite unit cell, the degree of lattice perfection, and the cation vacancy concentrations.
