Object: The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the modern economy is entering an innovative stage of development, and a person with his potential, knowledge, creative thinking, and experience is gaining more and more importance. In the context of the development of the fourth scientific and technological revolution and global digitalization, the usual processes are being transformed and simplified — this is the simplification of access of the population and business to public services, and the acceleration of information exchange, and the emergence of new opportunities for doing business, the creation of new digital products, etc. Over the past decades, the world has been rapidly moving towards a new type of economy, where digital technologies are becoming the main tool for its formation. The expansion of the role of information technology in the work of the private and public sectors is the basis for the transition to a digital state.Methods: The comparative analysis method used by the authors in the study confirmed the relevance and relevance of digitalization problems, arising from the necessary and irreversible transformation in the digital economy, the introduction of modern digital technologies, resulting the high efficiency of the economy as a whole.Results: To achieve this goal, the authors analyzed theoretical approaches to the concept of “digital economy”, investigated the stages and principles of the transformation of society in the context of the development and formation of Industry 4.0.Conclusions: As a result of the study, the authors have formed the concept of a digital economy, analyzed the impact of global digitalization on the socio-cultural transformation of society, identified the main indicators of a digital society, determined the stages and principles of transformation of the digitalization process.

Tsenov Academy of Economics Svishtov, Bulgaria https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8035-7891 Abstract: The Digital Enterprise is an organization that uses information technology (IT) to gain a competitive advantage in all aspects of its operations, including production, business processes, marketing, and customer interaction. Many characteristics divide building and operating a digital firm from marketing. Computers incorporated in all devices monitor and control physical processes, influencing production and control systems via a feedback loop. The idea in digital enterprises is not only to create automated systems where computers are integrated or embedded in certain physical devices or systems, but to combine and harmonize more production models with computer ones. The aim of the study is to reveal and analyze characteristics of digital enterprise and to bring out those of them that are specific to it, distinguish it from the traditional enterprise and determine its functioning. To achieve that goal, we determined stages in the development of the infrastructure of the digital enterprise and a key requirement to a universal monitoring system which supports it. Based on our research we can conclude that the main goal of digital enterprise is to mix and harmonize traditional production methods with computerized ones, involving human participation in it. the main problem we distinguished is the complexity of providing the most trustworthy and relevant data, which came from many and heterogeneous sources.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the development of publications on sustainable organizational development using the SCOPUS database. This research uses a bibliometric analysis approach using VOSviewer software to build and visualize bibliometric networks. Researchers conducted screening with the keyword sustainable organizational development in the SCOPUS database in the 2018–2022-time span. The number of publications according to the keywords used was 1,916 documents. Then, filtering was carried out, and the results obtained were 394 publications. The development of publications on Sustainable Organizational Development within 5 years tends to continue to increase and reach its highest point in 2022. Based on the results of the analysis with VOSviewer, the results of network visualization of cooccurrence based on keywords are 55 items divided into 6 clusters marked with different colors. The results of this study show that research on sustainable organizational development contributes greatly to the scientific focus of management. This is then supported by the phenomenon that change is always faced by a company, so it requires steps and strategies so that the company can sustain these changes and adapt. The results of the analysis using VOSviewer software produce network visualization, overlay, and density, and it can be concluded that within five years, the development of publications or research on this topic has increased significantly.
