“…Analysis of the registered peak positions of the XRD patterns of Cu 3 In 5 Se 9 and Cu 5 In 9 Se 16 produced as a unique solution a tetragonal unit cell corresponding to a chalcopyrite-related structure. It is worth mentioning that the diffraction data of Cu 3 In 5 Se 9 give a tetragonal structure in this analysis, differing from the orthorhombic structure reported by Parlak et al [18].
