This paper studies the accretion of dark energy onto a stringy electrically charged black hole. Solution for a general spherical accretion of the ideal fluid onto a black hole is given first. It is shown that the location of the critical point lies inside the event horizon. In our paper, two solvable models of dark energy are considered. For the linearized model, the expression for the mass of the black hole is derived. And for the Chaplygin gas model, the change rate of the black hole mass is obtained. The results show that the mass of the stringy electrically charged black hole is fixed when ρ + p = 0, but decreases at ρ + p < 0 and increases at ρ +p > 0. Then, we conclude that the accretion of phantomlike dark energy makes the mass of the black hole decrease, and the accretion of the quintessence-like dark energy can increase the black hole mass. The bigger the absolute value of the pressure is, the faster the black hole mass decreases.

Using the strong field limit approach, the strong field gravitational lensing in a black hole with deficit solid angle (DSA) and surrounded by quintessence-like matter (QM) has been investigated. The results show that the DSA [Formula: see text], the energy density of QM [Formula: see text] and the equation of state (EOS) parameter [Formula: see text] have some distinct effects on the strong field gravitational lensing. As [Formula: see text] or [Formula: see text] increases, the deflection angle and the strong field limit coefficients all increase faster and faster. Moreover, the evolution of the main observables also has been studied, which shows that the curves at [Formula: see text] are more steepy than those of [Formula: see text]. Compared with the Schwarzschild black hole, the black hole surrounded by QM has smaller relative magnitudes, and at [Formula: see text] both the angular position and angular separation are slightly bigger than those of Schwarzschild black hole, but when [Formula: see text], the angular position and the relative magnitudes all diminish significantly. Therefore, by studying the strong gravitational lensing, we can distinguish the black hole with a DSA and surrounded by QM from the Schwarzschild black hole and the effects of the DSA and QM on the strong gravitational lensing by black holes can be known better.

We study the trajectories of photons in modified Hayward black hole spacetime. Three kinds of horizons are distinguished by analyzing the lapse function of modified Hayward black hole spacetime. Through plotting the effective potential with different values of parameters, it is found that the parameter [Formula: see text] has more conspicuous effects than parameters [Formula: see text] ([Formula: see text] is associated with the time-delay) and [Formula: see text] ([Formula: see text] is related to the 1-loop quantum corrections) for the effective potential. The change of the parameters ([Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]) has an obvious influence on unstable circular orbits. The structure of null geodesic is simpler than that of time-like geodesic. The stable circular orbits and the bound orbits are not included for the photon trajectories. By analyzing the corresponding effective potential, all possible orbits of null geodesic are found. The radius of unstable circular orbit equals 2.8790 for fixed [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text].
