Abstract: Stroke can lead to cardiac complications such as arrhythmia, myocardial injury, and cardiac dysfunction, collectively termed stroke–heart syndrome (SHS). These cardiac alterations typically peak within 72 h of stroke onset and can have long-term effects on cardiac function.
