Strengthening Anti-Eco-SLAPP Regulations in Indonesia

Abstract: This paper identifies Eco-SLAPP practices in Indonesia and analyzes the weaknesses of the regulation in Indonesian law; hence it is necessary to regulate Anti-Eco-SLAPP strengthening.
