Strategies for targeting energy metabolism in Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog ‐mutant colorectal cancer

Abstract: Alterations in cellular energy metabolism play critical roles in colorectal cancer (CRC). These alterations, which correlate to KRAS mutations, have been identified as energy metabolism signatures.
