<span>Sports currently have an impact on human life, especially in the health sector. One way of exercising that is popular with many people today is by exercising at the fitness center. One of them is a fitness center located in Bandung. This research aims to obtain design results that can adapt business processes in fitness centers and can help the company's performance so that its vision and mission are achieved. The current business process is still experiencing problems because business has not yet been integrated with information technology (IT), so a business process proposal was made using the business architecture method. By conducting interviews and observations, data can be collected. From this data, it can be seen that business implementation in fitness centers is not yet optimal, so it is necessary to develop information system technology that is in line with the company's business. This technology development is based on business architecture which produces a company blueprint and is assisted by the open group architecture framework (TOGAF) which can help analyze company needs. The results of this research are in the form of recommendations which will later be proposed so that benefits for the company can be achieved more quickly.</span>

Penerapan teknologi informasi serta sistem informasi saat ini menjadi faktor yang sangat diperlukan dalam organisasi, Perkembangan teknologi informasi sebagai bagian dari SI dan ilmu pengetahuan sudah mempengaruhi banyak bidang, salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan yaitu sekolah. Sekolah Kristen adalah organisasi pendidikan yang proses belajar mengajarkan berdasarkan alkitabiah. Sekolah kristen telah menggunakan beberapa perkembangan TI pada proses bisnisnya. Namun penggunaan teknologi ini belum maksimal. Penelitian ini akan melakukan perancangan strategis sistem informasi menggunakan framework ward and peppard dengan analisis pendukung seperti value chain, SWOT, CSF, dan McFarland’s Strategic Grid. Framework ini dapat membantu organisasi menganalisis bisnis dan teknologi dari sisi internal dan eksternal organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan penyelarasan strategi dan SI/TI untuk menghasilkan portofolio aplikasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian adalah aplikasi usulan yang disesuaikan dengan proses bisnis dan kebutuhan bisnis dari sekolah Kristen yang diharapkan dapat menyelaraskan proses bisnisnya dan tercapainya tujuan bisnis.

Information technology's role is vital for a company's progress in its business management. Companies must implement differentiation and cost-reduction strategies to gain a competitive advantage in intense competition, especially among electrical appliance distributors. The implementation of cost reduction cuts business processes by streamlining IT/IS. However, business processes still have not implemented information systems, such as stock data collection, transaction problem reporting, and much more. Therefore, companies need to move dynamically with the flow of technological changes by planning the right technology strategy. Based on the problems that arise, this research is only limited to strategic planning of information systems and application portfolios using the Ward and Peppard approach because it focuses on mapping the company's internal-external factors regarding business and technology. This research hypothesizes that the determination of the strategy can be successful in realizing the application's application within five years in an electrical appliance distributor company. The research stage begins with collecting data from the literature, interviews, and direct observation. Next, analyze the internal and external environment using the help of the Ward and Peppard method. The environmental analysis results become the basis for mapping the Critical Success Factors (CSF) that need to be evaluated using the IT Balanced Scorecard. The results of this research are in the form of a proposed strategy for business, management, and information technology systems in the form of an application portfolio. The direction of application implementation is through product roadmap and master plan planning. This study aims to build the right business strategy and technology to help companies realize application implementation in the short and long term.
