Strategic human resource management in the Brazilian Federal Legislative: conditions for the implementation

Abstract: Resumo Esta pesquisa objetivou identificar aspectos interferentes na implementação da gestão estratégica de pessoas (GEP) nos órgãos do Poder Legislativo Federal brasileiro e as possíveis relações entre eles.
