“…La heterogeneidad de perspectivas de quienes tienen la capacidad de priorizar determinadas visiones (liderazgo institucional) y de aquellos que implementan las prácticas docentes e investigadoras en las instituciones sugiere que el mundo aún se encuentra en una etapa inicial de institucionalización de la diversidad en la educación superior (Buenestado et al, 2019).
