Muallaf has psychological and social problems, so he needs adequate proselytizing. The assistance of Muallaf requires management in a systematic, planned, and carried out by gradually. This study aims to explore the analysis of Muallaf 'Aisyiyah's da'wah was carried out to see the precision and speed of service according to the characteristics of the problems facing Muslim convert and strength Strengthening given by 'Aisyiyah to optimize the guidance and counseling services to convert to Islam. The study subjects numbered 55 muballighat from 23 provinces which were excavated through a self-report written in the preachers' training of Aisyiyah, a companion to a Muslim muallaf with instruments prepared as worksheets in the training. The research results describe that SWOT analysis be one solution in formulating appropriate planning and prompt assistance following the problems faced by muallaf. Strengthening the preachers' competence in implementing the mentoring strategy planning is important in efforts to set goals and targets according to the needs of converts. Steps in building of Islamic faith and Islamic, psychological and spiritual strengthening, strengthening family resilience and economic empowerment and well-being executed based on a thorough analysis. Muallaf memiliki permasalahan ideologis, psikologis dan sosial, maka dirinya membutuhkan bantuan yang memadai. Proses memberikan bantuan kepada muallaf membutuhkan pengelolaan secara sistematis, terencana dan dilakukan dengan secara bertahap. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali analisis dakwah muallaf ‘Aisyiyah yang dilakukan untuk melihat ketepatan dan kecepatan layanan sesuai karakteristik masalah yang dihadapi muallaf serta penguatan yang diberikan oleh ‘Aisyiyah dalam upaya optimalisasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada muallaf. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 55 muballighat dari 23 provinsi yang digali melalui self-report yang dituliskan dalam pelatihan muballighat ‘Aisyiyah pendamping muallaf dengan instrumen yang disiapkan sebagai lembar kerja dalam pelatihan. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa analisis SWOT menjadi salah satu solusi dalam memformulasikan perencanaan pendampingan yang tepat dan cepat sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh muallaf. Penguatan kompetensi muballighat dalam melaksanakan perencanaan strategi pendampingan menjadi penting dalam upaya menyusun tujuan dan target sesuai kebutuhan muallaf. Langkah-langkah dalam penguatan aqidah dan keislaman, penguatan psikologis dan spiritualitas, penguatan ketahanan keluarga dan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan dijalankan berdasarkan pada analisis yang matang.

The purpose of this research is to develop a model of Islamic religion studies for converts by using a participatory approach. This is intended to provide an understanding that converts need directions and guidances. It is not only in order to deepen understanding or increase confidence, but also concerns about their existence as converts. Based on the interviews conducted, it is known that converts need a forum as a place to continue in understanding the religion of Islam. Thus, the development of a model of Islamic studies education for converts is very urgent to do. This study used a qualitative research method by using a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that the model of converting to Islam which was developed in a participatory approach was adapted to the needs of converts themselves. In this case, the researcher designs the needs of converts by translating and describing the expressions of converts into a framework to become an educational model.

The coaching and mentoring activities for mualaf (converts) in Padang aim to enrich the understanding and practice of Islam for converts in aspects of faith, worship, muamalah, and economics. The first stage of the activity (26 October 2019) was coaching filled with the main material of tawhid, prayer, and reading the Qur'an. After the implementation of the first stage of activities, the team gave a 2-week break which was filled with mentoring. While the second stage (6 October 2019) was filled with a review of the development of understanding and practice of the first stage material. The team uses interactive dialogue, discussion, and controlled practice methods. Through this method, participants are taught to be strong in maintaining their faith. Participants are provided with theory and practice of prayer procedures and reading the Qur'an. Based on the observations made during the activity, it was seen that there was positive progress that showed an increase in participants' understanding of the procedures for praying and reading the Qur'an. The team also introduces patterns of social interaction and business opportunities in various industrial sectors, so that participants can achieve economic independence and be able to adapt in the community.
