This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans and loan to deposit ratios on return on assets in the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 10 years at conventional commercial banks from 2011-2020. This study uses panel data consisting of 14 conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX and uses time series data from 2011 to 2021. The regression used is static panel data regression. The results show that the NPL variable has a negative and significant effect on ROA with a probability level of 0.0002 which is less than the α level of 5% with a coefficient of -0.253098 if the NPL increases by 1% it will reduce ROA by 0.253098%. if there is an increase in bad loans this will reduce bank profits and slow down bank activity cycles, in very bad conditions it can even result in a decrease in the bank's ability to guarantee funds raised from the public, and allow systemic risk to occur.

Leadership has been an essential topic of organizational science since the beginning of this field. Previously, researchers focused on how successful leaders improve organizations and increase the effectiveness of their followers. This study examines the effect of toxic leadership on organizational performance mediated by work deviant behavior (WDB) of employees with a sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative, in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that toxic leadership significantly affects organizational performance, which is significantly less than 0.05. Toxic leadership significantly affects deviant employee behavior, as indicated by a significant value of less than 0.05. Deviant behavior in the workplace has no significant effect on organizational performance with a significantly less than or equal to 0.05. Deviant behavior in the workplace mediates toxic leadership with organizational performance with a direct influence value of 0.734 and an indirect effect of 0.901, so all hypotheses are accepted. This will be an important note for future researchers who will explore and review the causes that deviant behavior in the workplace has no significant effect on organizational performance and deviant behavior in the workplace mediates toxic leadership with organizational performance.

This study aims to examine the influence of Information Technology Utilization, Internal Control System and Human Resource Competence on Village Fund Management Accountability in Bungaraya District. The population in this study was all village offices in Kecamtan Bungaraya, namely there were 10 villages and the number of samples used was 10 villages with 40 respondents. The sample return technique uses census techniques. This research is a quantitative research using survey methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, descriptive tests, data validity tests, classical assumption tests, multiple liner regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the use of information technology, internal control systems, and human resource competencies had a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. It is known that the value of R-Square is 0.810. This value means that the magnitude of the influence of the use of information technology, internal control systems and human resource competence on the accountability of village fund management in Bungaraya District is 81% while the remaining 19% is known to other variables that were not studied in this study.
