Stoffwechselprodukte von Mikroorganismen, 182. Aufklärung der Struktur des Nucleosidantibiotikums Nikkomycin X

Abstract: Neben dem bereits friiher beschriebenen Nikkomycin Z2), dessen Struktur bestatigt werden konnte, wurde aus dem Kulturfiltrat von Sfrepfomyces fendae eine weitere die Chitinsynthase hemmende Komponente, Nikkomycin X, isoliert, die mit Nikkomycin Z strukturisomer ist, aber anstelle von Uracil 4-Formyl-4-imidazolin-2-on enthalt.
