Stellate hypopigmented macules and papules on photoexposed areas

Abstract: A 57-year-old man presented with a 10-year-history of numerous small, asymptomatic, hypopigmented macules and papules, symmetrically distributed over the face, neck, upper chest and shoulders, which had remained stable in number and size.
