Statistical study of the multiple fractures.

Abstract: Recently the patients with multiple fractures are increasing in number, according to rapid growing traffic and labor accidents. Between 1980 and 1985, 414 patients with fractures were admitted to Tokuyama Chuo Hospital. 56 patients among them suffered from multiple fractures. These patients were reviewed to know the relationship between the mechanism, the nature of fractures, and other organ injury.
